Korean singer-actor Kim Hyung-jun has become the new face of Korean travel agency.
Kim is set to endorse travel company LOTTE JTB for a year, participating in the company’s local and overseas promotional activities and Hallyu events, according to his agency S Plus Company’s statement Thursday.
“With his bright and healthy image, we thought Kim’s broad activities as singer and actor in and out of Korea match well with the distinctive travel products and sound travel culture we’re aiming at,” an official with the travel company was quoted as saying.
To celebrate Kim’s new appointment and his 26th birthday on August 3, LOTTE JTB will offer tour packages including Kim’s concerts “2013 KIM HYUNG JUN Birthday Party Tour” in Seoul early August.
The 25-year-old star, who is currently starring in MBC’s weekend series “Pots of Gold,” is also hosting his live concert tour in Japan, which is set to hit Nagoya’s Meitetsu Hall this Saturday.
