Actress Jin Se Yeon was carried off the hospital due to a fire in the nearby building.
According to her agency rep, Jin Se Yeon went to Cheongdahm-dong on January 6, in order to receive vocal training for her drama, when there was a fire in the building nearby, which led to the actress breathing in critical amount of smoke.
“She was receiving vocal lessons for The Age of Feeling when there was a fire in the building that was located behind the one she was in. Everyone at the site, including Jin Se Yeon, managers and vocal trainers, were carried off to the hospital right away,” said the agency rep.
They have been tested and treated at the hospital and no one was seriously injured, but are still “struggling to recover due to the amount of smoke they breathed in.”
Meanwhile, Jin Se Yeon has been preparing to act in the KBS’s new drama The Age of Feeling, taking the role of ‘Ok Ryeon,’ a girl who later becomes a famous singer.
