I'm reading articles about them last night, I'm feeling happy and
excited at the same time. Happy to see them all together making the
effort in being on the same venue for Kyu Jong, and sad because I know
that in a few days, Kyu Jong will enter the enlistment. Gotta treasure
each moment we still have him so we wont have any regrets in the future.

SS501 Reunites for Kim Kyu Jong’s Last Fan Meeting Before Army Duties
For the first time in over two years, the members of SS501 gathered together for Kim Kyu Jong’s fan meeting.
On June 3 at Yonsei University in Sinchon, Seoul, Kim Hyun Joong, Kim Hyung Joon, Heo Young Saeng, Park Jung Min and Kim Kyu Jong greeted fans as SS501.
The fan meeting titled, ‘Thank U ThanKYU with Triple S’ will be Kim Kyu Jong’s last time meeting with fans as he will be entering the army in July.
Heo Young Saeng rushed to the event after performing on SBS’ Inkigayo and Kim Hyun Joong headed straight to the fan meeting, after finishing off his own fan meeting in China.
Kim Hyung Joon and Park Jung Min also moved their schedules around to make sure they would be present at this event, confirming the close friendship between the five members.
The members were sad to temporarily say good-bye to Kyu Jong and wished him good luck in the army.
For this event, fans arrived not only from Korea, but from China, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Fans also poured their love for Kyu Jong by gifting him with 1.33 tons of rice bouquets, decorating the entrance of the fan meeting site.
After the fan meeting, Kim Kyu Jong personally thanked his fans by holding a handshake event.
Kim Kyu Jong will be entering the army in July and will complete his services in 2014.

All members reunited after 2 years
Group SS501 affirms their friendship as they gathered together in one place.
They gathered together prior to member Kim KyuJong’s enlistment, at his fan meeting on 3-June held at Main Auditorium in YeonSei University, Seoul. After their contracts with the previous agency ended in 2010, members started their own solo activities and has been 2 years since they gathered together in one place.
Kim KyuJong told SportsHankook right before the fan meeting, “I am very grateful to the members to gather together here despite their busy schedules. Even though we are always contacting each other usually, but I have a special feeling personally for this reunion.”
Kim HyunJoong finished his schedule in Japan (note: should be in China, not Japan) on this day and went straight to the fan meeting venue. Heo YoungSaeng, who is in the midst of his solo promotion activities, also finished SBS ‘Inki Gayo’ and quickly joined them, displaying their strong friendship. Park JungMin and Kim HyungJun changed their original schedules to attend this on that day.
Themed as ‘Thank U ThanKYU with TripleS’, Kim KyuJong unveiled for the very first time, his self-written song which is dedicated to the fans. “Even though the title of the song has not been decided yet, this is my first song which is made while thinking of fans, I hope you can listen to it nicely.” He explained. Besides this, he performed his solo songs, including ‘Wuss up’, in front of the 2,000 fans.
Kim KyuJong debuted as SS501 in 2005. He released his first solo album ‘Turn Me On’ in September last year, and started his solo activities. He also performed in musical ‘Goong’, and had a breakthrough in his image with TV Chosun ‘Saving Ajumma Go BongShil’ recently. He will be enlisted in mid of next month, and start his service as a public service officer.

SS501 centre Kim KyuJong shocked the fans previously when he told us that he’s off to army on July 2012.
Kyu bid his fans goodbye by
throwing a fan meeting titled ” Thank U <3 ThanKYU” today, June 3rd,
2012 at Yonsei Uni auditorium starting 5 pm local time.
Kyu also brought all SS501 member
together at the event and made the fans super happy as this is the
first time to see all 5 of them together in 1 event after they went to
separate company. Through twitter, I read that all member went on stage
except Jungmin though he came to the event as well.
KyuJong will register himself in the coming July 2012 and will be off to military for estimated 2 years time.
He bid his fans goodbye
previously through a handwritten letter posted via his official website
saying that he thanked the fans for the good memories and that he is
having a good time with them along the way and that he will be back
after 2 years and will show a better side of him.
Few highlights from the FM as shared by all TS on twitter:
- Leader said that they will wait for him, as if hinting the fans of SS501 reunion when Kyu is discharge from army.
- Leader looked tired as he just resume his China FM and I assumed he came directly from airport.
- Kyu is crying in the midst of the event (feeling touched and all)
- HJB is wearing a hat (new hair do maybe ^^)
- Youngsaeng is seen with his ‘crying’ promo wardrobe ( I bet he is also in the midst of schedule)
