Actor and singer Kim Hyung Jun will hold his Japanese concert ‘2015 Kim Hyung Jun FNL in Japan’ in July after a year.

He will hold his concert in Tokyo Maihama Amphitheater on July 4 and will have a great time with his fans. It’s the first time after 1 year that the singer organizes the event since his concert in Tokyo and Nagoya in 2014.

Kim Hyung Jun already held more than 30 concerts during 3 years and will show another type of performances such asSS501’s medley and his solo songs. Also, he will unveil his new song after the many requests of his fans.

In addition, the singer is actively participating in the charity campaign for Nepal disaster and will
release his solo single album in July.

It has been two years since Kim Hyung Jun held a national fan meeting.

While he has been actively working as both a singer and actor, he recently held a fan meeting, “FNL (Fan Night Live),” on April 25.

In preparation for his first fan meeting in two years, he took part with personal ideas for the performances. The fans welcomed him with passionate cheering and clapping as he appeared on the stage singing “Nobody But You Girl.”

He continued with a short program, “Radio Starring Kim Hyung Jun,” reminiscing of how he used to be a radio DJ for five years, introducing stories he received from fans and playing requested songs.

Alberto, who is one of the stars of JTBC’s “Non Summit” and also plays on the same celebrity soccer team as Kim Hyung Jun, also visited as a special guest. He gave supportive and romantic advice to fans during a “Witch Hunt” eventc, and was the perfect combination with Kim Hyung Jun.

The “Survival Quiz 2015, Thanks For Waking Me” event was also an opportunity for Kim Hyung Jun to enjoy his time with his fans. The fan who survived till the end won a hug from the star and his most prized possession.

Afterwards, he performed SS501’s “U R Man,” a SS501 medley, and “Sorry I’m Sorry” live, making fans go crazy till the end of the show. After several calls for an encore performance, he came back to the stage for the last time to sing his solo song “Girl.”

SS501 rapper-turned-actor Kim Hyung Jun will be holding his first fan event in two years in South Korea next month.

Kim will be hold what he is calling Fan Night Live on April 25 at the Samsung Card Hall in Seoul. The event will also be his first publica appearance since signing with a new talent agency, Ci Entertainment.

"Kim Hyung Jun has prepared many different things for this event as it has been a long time since he has met his fans,"read a statement from Ci Entertainment to the Korean news outlet OSEN on Thursday.

The Ci Entertainment statement also updated fans about major happenings for the SS501 rapper this summer.

"He will also release a solo album this summer and hold fan events in Japan and overseas," the statement added.

Kim's last fan event was held in August of 2013 to celebrate his birthday at Sangmyung University.

South Korean singer-actor Kim Hyung Jun will meet with Korean fans in nearly two years at a domestic fan event in April, its label said Thursday.

Kim’s fan meeting, titled “Fan Night Live,” will take place on April 25 at Blue Square in central Seoul.

The last such event the 27-year-old held in Korea was in 2013 to mark his 25th birthday.

Tickets for the fan meeting can be purchased from March 27 on online booking site Interpark. 

Following the event with local fans, the idol-turned-singer will hold a fan meeting in Tokyo in May. 

Kim, who released a digital single “Better” last year, is also working on a new solo album, aiming to drop it in summer. 

Kim debuted in 2005 as a member of popular idol band SS501 with the eponymous EP under DSP Media, home to popular first-generation idol bands like now-disbanded FIN.K.L and Sechskies.

SS501, whose member included Asia’s heartthrob Kim Hyun Joong, was once regarded as a rival to veteran boy band TVXQ in the mid-2000s, but disbanded in 2010 when the members’ contract with the agency expired. 

Since then, Kim has positioned himself as an actor, winning praises while starring in the musical “Caffeine” in 2010 and playing a lead role in several cable-TV dramas.

On 19-Mar, production company Choice Entertainment revealed the 20th anniversary musical performance “Singin’ in the Rain – SABITA Since 1995″ will be held from 6-Jun to 30-Aug as well as the cast members.

SS501’s Kim KyuJong, who has shown his potential as a musical actor through the role of Lee Shin in “Goong” in 2011, will be casted for the role of DongHyun. Kim KyuJong was previously the centre of the Korean Wave, and being able to perform in “Singin’ in the Rain”, the very first Korean musical to be exported to Japan back in 2008, raises the anticipation of his local and overseas fans.

Crayon Pop’s Way has been casted for the role of Yoo MiRi in “Singin’ in the Rain” 20th anniversary musical. In 2013, girl group Crayon Pop made headlines locally and overseas with their song “barbarbar”, Crayon Pop’s member Way will have her first challenge in musical performance with the role of Yoo MiRi. Way, who has broaden her realm through activities in China’s variety program, will show a different side of her in this musical.

Gagman Moon SeYoon and gagwoman Jang DoYeon are casted the role of DongWook and Yoo MiRi respectively. Kim SungKi, Jo YooShin, Im KiHong, as well as Kim JongSun, Im JungHan, Yang DongWon, Son YeSeul, Park HyunJi, etc, actors/actresses has passed the highly competitive audition to perform in this 20th anniversary musical performance.

Musical will be from 6-Jun to 30-Aug, at Seoul Daehangno Uniplex Building 2, tickets will be available from 25-Mar through Interpark and Auction.

Singer and actor Kim Hyung Jun is now under a new company.

A member of SS501, Kim Hyung Jun has been actively working as both a singer and actor. He has joined the agency of Shinhwa’s Kim Dong Wan, singer Lee Young Hyun, actress Jeon So Min, and more.

CI Entertainment stated, “We signed a contract with the popular Kim Hyung Jun, who has been recognized for his acting through various works and his music.”

Debuting in June 2005 with SS501, Kim Hyung Jun has received love from Asia. In 2011, he released his first solo album and has continued his popularity domestically and abroad.

Additionally, he debuted as an actor that same year with ‘Pianissimo,’ before going on to other roles in ‘My Shining Girl,’ ‘Pots of Gold,’ and ‘Melody of Love.’ In 2010, he also tried his hand at musicals with ‘Cafe-in,’ which he was cast for again in 2014.

Kim Hyung Jun returned as a singer last year with digital single ‘Better.’ His new agency announced the singer’s future plans for an active career.

Kim Kyu Jong's agency announced on February 17th that he will make his comeback with a new solo album in April and it will be released simultaneously in both Korea and Japan.

Since this will be his comeback after 2 years and 9 months so many fans are really looking forward to it. His last 2nd mini album 'Meet Me Again' released in July 2012 was dedicated to his fans before his enlistment in the same year.

SS501 members Kim Hyung Jun, Kim Kyu Jong, and Heo Young Saeng will be reuniting for a stage together after a long time. The stage is set to be performed at a concert for the Seoul Police Promotional Unit where Heo Young Saeng is currently serving his military service.

According to a music industry official, the three members of SS501 are preparing to stand on stage together for a special performance at the ‘Musical & Talk Concert’ on January 17.

The source revealed, “Heo Young Saeng personally asked his group members. It is a free concert and not for profit. They are planning to sing one or two songs together.”

A Seoul Police Promotional Unit rep explained, “The concert was prepared for the public and has been in production since November of last year. It will be open for anyone to be able to watch for free.”

Updating his personal Instagram account on January 18th, Kim Hyungjun reveals that, “We know waiting in one spot for 5 years is extremely hard but you all touched me. We can start 2015 happily knowing we have you all to cherish us. We were especially see you for the first time in such a long time. Thank you and thank you. We will soon return on a big scale just like you expected us to! Happy new year and we pray everything goes well for you. This is a bit embarrassing but…501 hurray! triple S hurray!” 

A photo of them together onstage was also included in the update.

The three members were invited to perform a non-profit, free event Musical & Talk Concert held by the Seoul Police Hongbodan on January 17th.

Meanwhile, since SS501’s contracts with DSP Media has expired, Heo Young Saeng entered the military back in November 2013, while Kim Hyung Jun and Kim Kyu Jong continued their activities as actors.
