Starting next month, large scale K-Pop concerts will be taking over Japan.
First on June 1-2, there will be a 'SGC Super Live' concert at the Tokyo Odeiba Colosseum.
This concert will be a fusion between fashion and music as the 'Seoul Girls Collecion' event has been moved to Japan.
For this concert, many famous idol stars will be attending. On the first day, INFINITE, Rainbow, ZE:A, will perform. On the second day, KARA, INFINITE, FTISLAND, A-JAX and more will perform.
There will also be another concert called the 'K-Pop Festival 2013 in Kumamoto' where famous singer Kim Hyun Joongalong with idol groups 2PM, T-ARA N4, SECRET and more for a total of 6 teams will perform.
On June 30, the 'We Are Friends Concert 2013' will also be held in Yokohama. Guests performing include B1A4, A Pink and DMTN.
With many concerts in Japan and overseas coming up, we are able to see just how popular K-pop has become.
By having more and more overseas exposure, K-Pop will most likely become a music trend and genre that will become international.
Many of the
artists attending these concerts, including Kim Hyun Joong and KARA, are
big in Japan and have won many awards there.
Keep a look out for more concerts soon! Which one are you looking forward to?
