Jin Se Yeon Dies After Drinking Poison for Kim Hyun Joong

Previously, Sul Doo Sung(played by Choi Il Hwa) has prepared a poisonous drink for Jung Tae to kill him. However, Ok Ryun saw Wang Baek San(played by Jung Ho Bin) trading poison the night before, and took Jung Tae’s drink herself. She drank it all even though she knew it was poisonous and said to Doo Sung, “We can leave now since we finished the drink, right?”
After Jung Tae and Ok Ryun left Hwangbang, Ok Ryun fell to the ground. Jung Tae helped her up and let her lean on his shoulder. She said, “You have such a warm shoulder. Thank you, Jung Tae. Don’t fight too much. But if you do, you have to win.”
Ok Ryun closed her eyes and Jung Tae wailed.

In Inspiring Generation, episode 23, Jung Jae Hwa(played by Kim Sung Oh) reappeared to save Shin Jung Tae(played byKim Hyun Joong).
Jung Tae was about to enter Sunlak to take a revenge on them for killing Kim Ok Ryun(played by Jin Se Yeon). Mo Il Hwa(played by Song Jae Rim) and the people of Bangsamtong tried to convince Jung Tae to stay for his own safety but he would not listen.
Just then, Jae Hwa appeared. He said, “Who could possibly chance someone’s mind when that person wants to die?” Then he shouted at Jung Tae, “Is this all you are? You still don’t know who Sul Doo Sung(played by Choi Il Hwa) is after all that?”

Jung Tae found out that Kim Ok Ryun(played by Jin Se Yeon) was poisoned by the same poison as his father drank. He asked Sun Woo Jin(played by Lee Hae In) for the same poison and started to collect information about Hwangbang.
Later, many of the people in Sunlak fell for getting poisoned. Doo Sung found out they were poisoned by water and started to throw up everything he took. Just then, Jung Tae appeared and sarcastically said, “Even the owner of Hwangbang doesn’t refuse to be repulsive when it comes to living.” He warned, “I officially start my revenge.”

Kim Hyun Joong Finds Out That His Sister is Alive

In Inspiring Generation, episode 23, Shin Jung Tae(played by Kim Hyun Joong) found out that his sister, Shin Chung Ah(played by Kim Se Jung), was alive.
Jung Tae was at a temple apologizing to Kim Ok Ryun(played by Jin Se Yeon)’s mother in front of her grave, when Tekuchi Gaya(played by Lim Soo Hyang) said to him, “Chung Ah is alive.”
Jung Tae was shocked and desperately asked Gaya where his sister was. Gaya said, “Think about your current circumstances first.” She continued, “Chung Ah’s safe so don’t worry. I’ll give you further information later when it’s all settled.” Jung Tae, who was tearing up, held Gaya’s hand and said, “Please take care of Chung Ah until I come find her.”
